Melissa's passion is improving lives through fitness. A mother of two, she is committed to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She enjoys clean cooking, spending time outdoors with her family, and activities such as high intensity interval training, resistance training, boxing and Crossfit. She believes exercise should be fun, challenging, and never boring! Melissa enjoys working with people of all fitness levels, and uses functional and traditional training techniques to help clients achieve their fitness goals. She addresses diet and nutritional opportunities for the client, and designs personalized programs that are efficient and safe, while always working the body towards balance. Christian has been an NASM personal trainer since 2012, helping clients achieve personal fitness goals like weight loss and building muscle, as well as pre- and post-rehabilitation. Christian is passionate about lifting weights, hiking, and playing sports with his friends. Expect to be sweating after getting through a workout with him. His knowledge in fitness has helped clients break through fitness plateaus, discover new ways to eat healthfully, and to apply new safe and effective exercise techniques.

Kristi has been in the exercise industry for 30 years and carries multiple certifications, teaching group exercise classes, cycling classes and personal training at both private and cooperate locations. She?s trained people of all walks of life from kids, to soccer moms, to police sergeants to senior citizens. She enjoys training with a method of unpredictability, changing up the clients workout each session. She believes shocking the muscles and keeping them on ?their toes? is where she sees the most success with her clients. Sometimes it may be traditional weight training, sometimes just your body weight, other times HIIT (high intensity interval training). She might take you on a trail run or jog. She modifies each workout to adapt to each clients fitness level. Kristi believes health and wellness isn't just "something that we do, but a lifestyle." Kristi is the mother of four children and is very active in their schools and their sports teams.
